  • If you are taking part in our event as a VENDOR, it means you are selling something (clothing, antiques, crafts, or food). If you are selling food, you also need to provide a certificate from the Chatham Health District. You are participating as a PERFORMER if you are a musician, dancer, juggler, mime, singer, etc.

  • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, signage and other equipment. You will have approximately a 10’ x 10’ ft space in which to set up your booth or food truck. You may drop off your setup and then park elsewhere; you may not have a vehicle parked next to your booth.

  • Fees are not refundable. If an event is cancelled due to weather, we will provide a rain date, if possible. If you cannot make the rain date, your fee is non-refundable. The decision to cancel due to weather is up to the TTCP Committee in charge of the event.

  • Participants are responsible for taking their trash with them. That includes broken tents, boxes, plastic, tarps, etc. If you are selling food, please have a garbage can for your customers at your booth/food truck.

  • There is no electricity available, unless otherwise indicated.

  • You may bring a small generator, if you are doing so, please indicate that on your application.

  • If you have questions about propane, gas tanks or generators, please contact the Hebron Fire Marshal at 860-228-3022.

  • Your activity is limited to what you’ve written on your application. Please do not make last minute changes.

  • Pets, alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons, smoking in your booth or gang insignia are not allowed.

  • You must have someone at your location for the entire event. You may not close or leave early.

  • All events, items for sale and activities are family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. An organization’s participation and “activity” are subject to approval by the event organizers who reserve the right to prohibit participation if they feel the organization, items, activity or event is not appropriate.

  • All decisions of the Town Center Project Event Committee are final and failure to comply with such decisions may result in removal of said entry.
