VENDOR Fees

• Artisan/Vendor - $100

• Food Truck (any business requiring a Chatham health inspection) - $225

• Cottage Food Vendor - $125

• Non-profit (501C3), Student - $25

HOW TO REGISTER AS A VENDOR

1. Complete the Event Application Form

2. Send the completed and signed Event Application Form, along with your fee payment (and proof of Chatham Health District Certification if you are a food vendor) to:
